NOW HIRING: Graphic/Web Designer

Pixel Perfect is a creative agency that helps small businesses stand out through design, strategy, and high-impact digital experiences. We’re looking for a full-time Graphic/Web Designer who can work across both print and web, blending creativity with technical skill to bring client projects to life.

This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the creative director and gain real-world experience not just in design and development, but in how projects are sold, scoped, and executed across a wide variety of industries.

What you’ll do:

You’ll collaborate directly with the Creative Director to execute a wide variety of design and development tasks. This is a hands-on role with a lot of variety.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Designing and building responsive web layouts using HTML and CSS
• Creating print-ready assets (brochures, business cards, signage, etc.)
• Designing graphics for social media, newsletters, and digital ads
• Working in WordPress — including plugins, themes, and basic content management
• Exploring and integrating AI tools into design and production workflows
• Contributing to client-facing deliverables and internal creative direction
• Supporting basic video editing projects (bonus skill)
• Participating in team discussions and occasional on-camera client meetings

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have been working (freelance, agency, or in-house) for a few years and have a strong portfolio to show for it
• Are a well-rounded designer with an eye for layout, brand consistency, and detail
• Write clean, semantic HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a bonus, but not required)
• Are confident using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and WordPress
• Are tech-savvy, eager to learn new tools, and open to experimenting with AI
• Can manage deadlines independently and stay organized without micromanagement
• Communicate clearly — whether in writing, over Zoom, or during creative collaboration
• Are curious about how design fits into the bigger picture — including client strategy and business decisions
• Are the kind of person who might geek out over new tech, enjoy some 80s music in the office, or chat about the latest Netflix series while taking a coffee break

Location:

Our office is located in Grimsby, Ontario. Applicants must be local or able to commute reliably. Hybrid work is available once a strong working relationship is established. Remote days require an appropriate home office setup suitable for on-camera meetings.
